We are a club that is blessed to have coaches with S&C experience therefore they will implement injury prevention in training sessions throughout the season.
All of our coach's are required to be trained in World Rugby Concussion and First Aid courses as apart of their onboarding requirements. Within our sheds at Happy Valley, we carry a full stocked First aid equipment and our team managers will carry similar to all fixtures.

All LCSD pitches are also equipped with AED machines.
