A huge congratulations to our U16 and U19 Valley Fort girls and boys who competed in the traditional Youth day Tournament at HKFC on New Years Day. Hugely competitive rugby played with very close and hard fought games. Overall we had 27 players selected and playing at this National Age Grade level across U16 girls, U16 boys and U18 boys which is testament to the quality and breadth of players we have here at Valley Fort!

Valley Fort RFC is one of the oldest mini and youth rugby clubs in Hong Kong. The Club was founded in the 1970s through the merger of two of Hong Kong’s oldest and most prestigious rugby clubs, Stanley Fort RFC and Valley RFC.
