Non-return policy

We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT any return of the training kits purchased by members unless they are damaged or defective, see Exchange policy below.

Exchange Policy

All training kits provided are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the kits are delivered to you in a perfect condition, the kits may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong kits by simply following our Return Procedures.

We offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect kit. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you. 

Return Procedures

You can pack and send your return to us by post or in person.

Send the returning items by mail to 1602 Kwai Hung Holdings Centre, 89 King’s Road, Hong Kong.
All return shipping fee must be prepaid.

Refund and  Cancellation  Policy

No refund will be given for any training kits purchased. We also do not refund any shipping and handling fees.

In circumstance where an event is cancelled, members who have made payment for the event will be refunded in full.

No refund of the annual membership fee will be made to any member who decides to terminate his/her membership before its expiry.

Delivery Policy

Upon receipt by the company, members will be advised of their right to participate in the designated activity by email/fax/telephone.
