Dear coaches, 

Valley Fort RFC invites you to attend the following: 

IRB Level 1 Coaching Certification - Sunday 5 June - St. Stephen's - 11 am until 6 pm (Sports wear - Food and Water provided). Delivered by Steves Jones - HKRFU - Club Coaching Coordinator. 

This course is paid by the club [cost of manuals] and attendees will be awarded with the L1 certification, a necessary step to level 2. We are making it a club policy that coaches are IRB qualified, therefore, attendance is strongly recommended for anyone willing to participate in mini rugby coaching in the 2011-2012 season. 

Two month advance notice is plenty of time, but if you cannot attend on the 5th of June for a valid reason (i.e. out of  own, already L1), you will have to arrange directly with the Union to attend one of the Level 1 accreditation course that is organised on a regular basis. Information can be found on their web-site or through email to jane.tu@hkrugby.com 

Either way, please provide your answer asap and add valleyfort.info@gmail.com and fred.laine@gmail.com in cc:, in order for them to track the numbers and organise for food and water on the day. Don't forget to indicate your current certification if relevant.
