MEDICAL & FIRST AID SEMINAR

On: Saturday, 8th Sep 2007,
at: Tang Siu Kin Hospital in Wanchai
(next to Queen Elizabeth Stadium, opposite the mosque)
Time: 11am. 

There are some excellent speakers arranged, and for those interested in obtaining a CPR & AED certificate the afternoon session can be used to obtain one.  All clubs are encouraged to send along as many reps as possible, schedule is below and sessions are bilingual;

11.00-11.15 Registration & Coffee
11.15-12.00 Stamina & endurance Dennis Whitby
12.00-12.45 Hydration & maintenance of energy levels through diet
12.45-13.30 Concussion Dr David Owens
13.30-14.00 Lunch (provided free of charge!)
14.00-15.30 Groups 1 & 2 - CPR & AED Workshop Rugby Volunteer Medical Team
Group 3 - How to manage on-field emergencies Rugby Volunteer Medical Team
Group 4 - How to recognise & treat common soft tissue & bone injuries QEH Sports Clinic Staff
(Groups 3 & 4 rotate after 45 mins)
