VALLEY FORT FILLIES
Girls Colts U14, U16 and U19s Teams
The Valley Fort Fillies’ teams will be involved in all the major rugby events in Hong Kong available for their age groups including Supper Sundays, New Year’s Tournament, All Girls Tournament, Show Case HK 7s Games and friendly matches with other clubs.
Valley Fort RFC provides structured training sessions led by fully certified and experienced coaches, training venues, equipment and amazing social interaction for the teams. The Girls Colts will be closely supported by the Valley RFC Senior Women’s team who will share with them expertise and passion for the sport.
The teams are blend of girls from many international and local schools in Hong Kong and girls with or with out rugby experience are most welcome to join for a try out session!

SUPER SUNDAYS
10@ side and 7@ side league games involving all girls colts clubs in Hong Kong and featuring games for all U14, U16 and U19 teams combined on Sundays during the season.
10s League Super Sundays
Format 10 @ Side – 10 min halves, 1 min interval, 2 min turnaround
November 28th 2010 at Kings Park from 8:00AM to 1:00PM
December 19th 2010 at Sandy Bay from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
