To make this Saturday's "Rugby Health Day & 1st Aid Kit Collection" more convenient, we've moved the venue to Olympic House lecture theatre. The day starts at 9am with coffee and a session from Lucy Clarke on 1st Aid Kit and Actions in the Event of an Emergency. This is followed by Dr Ken Wu on Dehydration, and we finish off with Dr David Owens on Mouthguards and Concussions. There will be complimentary refreshments to follow - please book your place with purple.leung@hkrugby.com

All are very welcome, but each club should send at least one representative
