COACHES BRIEFING
SUNDAY 28th October 2007
We are approaching the business end of the season with Festivals and Tours over the next couple of months.
- Please ensure I have your team entries by 29th October latest for the Sandy Bay Festival being held on 25th November
- For those squads involved in the Singapore Tour, as per Carl’s email you must complete your booking by 12pm this Wednesday ABSOLUTE LATEST to be guaranteed a place so cascade down to all in your squad to avoid disappointment
- All squads will train at the Fort this Sunday, 28th October, and the Fort will be closed on 4th November as all will be at King’s Park for DeAT Festival except U5’s who will have a day off
- Please get photos, contacts and reports posted asap and maintain weekly
- Plan your squad setup so that each team has parents to act as score keepers, photographers etc as I need each squad’s results for each Festival match (including tries scored and conceded) and you should post photos on your webpage
- Ensure you know which of your coaching team will act as referees when required and that they are familiar with their age group’s Laws which are on the website
- Please ensure you have sufficient volunteers from your parents to undertake Clubhouse Duty when it is your squad’s turn as per the calendar and be aware that the Shop is open for merchandise from 9.30am-11am each week we are at the Fort
