I trust all had a successful and enjoyable TPD Festival notwithstanding the narrower pitches than those to which we are accustomed and also the confusion over medals which I believe has been resolved (please email me ASAP if any age group is still short and I will see whether anything can be done).

- For those who have yet to do so please get your results in to me

- With only a couple of months to go, I would recommend that Head Coaches and their coaching teams start to review players for the end of season awards and we now have a good run of consecutive training at the Fort for you to observe players

- A few are still not getting their weekly reports posted in good time (by the middle of the week so your squad has plenty of time to review) as well as photos so please do address this

- When at the Fort, please remind your parents about where they can park and removing their litter

- Many thanks for your prompt responses on team entries for the 7’s showcase games (now you just have to ensure all have tickets and show up on the day!)

Sunday 28th January

Thanks for getting your ballpark headcount in to help us with catering requirements for Sunday’s thank you to all those who have contributed to the running of the Club on a voluntary basis; as seen by the numbers released by Kim, we are growing quite dramatically and, whilst the results show how successful we are from a playing perspective, we are also regarded as one of the most sociable and fun family oriented mini rugby clubs. It is thanks to everyone’s efforts (and I know the time input can be considerable) and we are certainly reaping what we have sown and all should rightly take great pride in the success and development of the club both on and off the pitch. The schedule on Sunday is:

- 0915-1110: Training (non contact can finish late and contact will finish early)

- 1130-1200: Coaches Meeting

- 1200-1500: BBQ and drinks

Players (and any parents who feel so inclined) can continue to have access to balls and the grounds but we must be gone by 1500 having replaced the kit as per Hugh’s instructions and cleaned up.
