COACHES BRIEFING: for 27th September 2009

I hope the alternative training arrangements worked well for you yesterday - certainly the space available on the Valley pitch was welcomed by the 3 groups who used it at 8am although a few parents undoubtedly struggled with the early start. Here are some quick points for your communication this week:

1. Alternative training locations for 27th Sept will be as per the list circulated last week. I will let you know if anything changes. Elisabetta, please could you post these arrangements on the website.  
2. Name transfers - many head coaches are asking about getting additional name transfers made up. Give me a list of names in your age group and I will see to it.
3. Referee training courses - please see and respond to Laurent's email on this matter. This is important. Laurent is also working with Ally Maclay to arrange some coach the coaches courses on a Wednesday night. Watch this space.....!!
4. Tour - a separate email will be sent direct to parents later this week to ascertain interest in the tour to Singapore 5 and 6 December. Bill Cotter is in charge of this. We are opening to more age groups this season.
5. Sevens tickets - please remind everyone to get their applications in as soon as possible.
