COACHES BRIEFING

1. Carl will issue a note separately but it is likely we will be joined by HKE and TSW for joint training at the Fort next Sunday so please make them welcome and show them the Valley hospitality; please ask Cantonese speaking squad members and parents to assist your coaches where required
2. Some Head Coaches are still not posting their reports by Tuesday night weekly so please would those concerned address this as it is the essential form of communication between the Club and each squad’s players and parents………this also includes posting coaches photos and contacts as well as squad photos and any who have yet to post Festival results
3. Per my email last week, please ensure you gather the information on numbers attending the Football Club Festival, the 7’s (showcase games and parade) as well as the Club’s Annual Dinner Dance
4. Anyone (players or coaches) without kit as yet should see Tonda in the Clubhouse between 10am-11am; tracksuits and rucksacks are also available
5. We should be in a position soon to give you an idea on when the 7’s tickets will be available as there is a HKMRFU Committee Meeting on Friday night and this is on the agenda
6. Whilst early, we would appreciate if all Head Coaches would start to see which of their current coaching teams will continue next year and importantly those who will be leaving at the end of this season and notify me of the latter asap so the Club can plan to recognize their contribution and efforts
