COACHES BRIEFING

SUNDAY 22nd October 2006

- All squads are almost there with their websites so many thanks but please would those without photos and contacts for their full coaching teams as well as squad photos address this aspect this week (all photos should of course be in VF kit)

- ALL reports in by Tuesday night please

- As the First Aid Course has been rescheduled for 9.30am-11am on Sunday 29th October with Lucy Clarke at the clubhouse at the Fort, please would all Head Coaches email Carl Redman and myself by this Thursday confirming the names of the 2 coaches from their squad who will attend

- Please remind your squads in your weekly report that this is the last call for 7’s tickets applications

- I am still waiting for a few Playing Up/Down forms so please hand to me on Sunday at the Fort as I will not be chasing you again and you are jeopardizing the players prospects by not dealing with this now

- I saw a few cars parked in the wrong spot yesterday and, as per last week’s email, we need you to cascade down to your squads that the only acceptable spot is the main car park

- Please would any Head Coach who has players or coaches without the full kit (shirts, shorts, socks, mouthguards) drop me a line so I can give Sally Peters the heads up on what is needed and keep you posted on the kit availability

- Kim Murphy has now distributed to each of you your squad lists so please review and notify her of any errors or missing entries

- Encourage a full and timely turnout from your squads as we only have 3 sessions remaining before the first Festival
