COACHES BRIEFING

SUNDAY 21st January 2007

I trust all had a good final training session before the first Festival of 2007 on Sunday at King’s Park hosted by Tai Po Dragons; all should now have received the first draft of the match schedule.- Please would coaches ensure that they identify any players playing up or down to the ref and opposition coach before each match

- Please record the results for your age group and email me the details in the standard format (including tries for and against) by Monday night

- Please get some parents to take photos and post on the web

- Given the changeable weather, please remind all to bring suitable clothing

Other:

- As the coaches junk trip was unable to accommodate children due to the large number of coaches, we have decided not to pursue this but have instead asked the PLA if we can have an extension at the Fort on 28th January so that we can stay after training and have a BBQ and drinks (enabling the children to have use of the grounds still). Whilst I will let you know as soon as we receive the PLA’s response, please mark your diary subject to confirmation and inform those in your squad who are invited (coaches/administrators/photographers and spouses/offspring) to do the same
