COACHES BRIEFING

1. As the Club’s end of season ceremony will take place after training on 2nd March (early but due to scheduling availability in March and Carl will issue a note on the format for the day), you should all have met Carl’s deadline of 16th Feb for advising the names of all coaches not returning next season so we can recognize their contribution (I now have all player award nominations so thanks); any Head Coaches leaving please let us know your replacements asap
2. 7’s tickets should be available at the Clubhouse on 24th Feb so please ask your members to collect theirs
3. Please ensure you have your teams worked out for the 7’s showcase games (all will need tickets) as per the team entries previously submitted (coaches and players without kit should get theirs on 24th Feb)….you all know on which day your squad will be playing
4. The 7’s March past will be held a bit later on the Sunday this year, between the quarter and semi finals, so clubs will line up at the tunnel at 1345 hours
5. Carl will issue a note in due course regarding all aspects of the 7’s (the U5 squad have decided not to participate in the March Past this year)
6. Please get back to Carl directly asap on the extra Merit Award as well as the boxing smoker
7. Keep asking your members regarding the Club’s Annual Dinner
8. Please pencil in 27th April for the Aberdeen Festival……our participation and any team entry restrictions due to pitch space and time will be advised as soon as they are to hand
