COACHES BRIEFING:  Sunday 16th November 2008

1.   Please ensure your squads meet the deadline as per Kim Murphy’s email for 7’s tickets applications which is today
2. All squads need to prepare for the Singapore Tour and the Sandy Bay Festival (you all now know whether you are playing in the morning or afternoon for the latter) including coaching structure, who will referee, play up/down notification, team make up, scorers, photographers etc
3. Please update your webpages and post your weekly reports and photos
4. Note that Sunday was our last training session at the Fort until 21st December (due to lack of availability of the Fort, Festivals/Tours & the Professional Sevens); I know a number of squads are making alternative arrangements such as joint training sessions at other clubs, beach training etc so I suggest all Head Coaches turn their mind to this
5. For those who ordered the field chairs through the Girl Scouts Association and were due to collect them on Sunday, I understand there has been a delay in delivery and we will be notified when they are available
6. If anyone has yet to revert to Bob on those members of their squad able to deliver first aid services, please do so by the end of this week so he can finalise his list; it is very important that each squad has members who can help so please get as many as possible onto the First Aid courses
