COACHES BRIEFING

Sunday 16th September 2008

1. Please remember to pen your weekly training plans and keep them (as well as give a copy to Hugh)
2. As ever, lets get coaches on the coaching and ref courses (again Hugh is the main point of contact) and as many as possible on the First Aid courses; for the latter please ensure you know which of your squad has medical training so you know whom to call upon if needed
3. Some squads have yet to upload their webpages with the weekly reports (deadline is Tuesday close of play weekly) as well as squad and coaches photos/contacts
4. Please also remind all players to wear mouthguards
5. Notify Kim Murphy as soon as possible on any errors in your updated team lists
6. Please let me have any Play Up/Down forms ON SUNDAY but the Club and the Mini Union will be adopting a harsh policy so be sure that there is a safety issue before signing off; the earlier you can give them to me the better so I can come and observe the players concerened
7. Given the tight deadline, for those involved please crack on with the Singapore Tour
8. Anyone still without the new kit should see Tonda on Sunday in the Clubhouse
