COACHES BRIEFING

I hope Siu Sai Wan worked out for all of you and that you had a good turnout.

- We have Lucy Clarke conducting a First Aid Course on Sunday at the Fort and 2 coaches from each age group are required to attend (no space for others including parents). Please would each Head Coach email me the names of their 2 nominated attendees so we have a record of who has received instruction in case they are ever needed. You will also need to ensure you have got cover for the session if losing 2 coaches has a big impact

- Please would Head Coaches email me those from their coaching teams who are attending the referees courses and the dates on which they will attend (I would like at least 2 coaches per age group to attend)

- Please would each Head Coach find me on Sunday and give me any completed Playing Down/Up Forms as we have to submit them next week to the HKMRFU Committee

- 7’s tickets: The application procedure is now on the website and you must remind all that the deadline is this month so they must act now (no ticket means the players cannot participate in the showcase games or the March Past)

- Singapore Tour: The deadline set by Carl has now passed although I understand the door is not closed for others to sign up although late comers may have to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements

- If you have not done so, I would recommend you appoint from the parents a squad administrator (clubhouse, Singapore tour, any squad social activities, rounding up a table for the annual dinner etc) and photographer to help you with off pitch matters to allow you to primarily focus on the coaching

- Please complete your squad pages on the web as per my email last week to those needed

- Please ensure your membership list is fully registered online and that all subscriptions have now been received
