COACHES BRIEFING
SUNDAY 7th October 2007
Whilst Sunday was a pretty hot day, there seemed to be a fantastic turnout so I trust all had a good session. Not much to raise this week other than:
- Merchandise: Please cascade down to your squads the email from Tonda that the Clubhouse will now carry items including gloves, body armour and blankets
- Parking: There are still too many cars parking behind the Clubhouse….therefore, we will be putting notices on windscreens from Sunday so please issue strong reminders in your weekly report
- Singapore Tour: Provisional numbers should have been emailed to Carl by now, but if you have not, please do it NOW
- Rubbish: All squads are still not clearing away their litter for which there is no excuse so please also issue a strongly worded reminder
- Membership: Please ensure your list is uptodate and accurate and update Kim Murphy on errors and omissions
- 7’s tickets: Prepare your squad to give a prompt reply when asked re: 7’s ticket applications which will happen this month
- Play Up/Down Applications: Sunday was the deadline and I have only received 2 applications (one each from U10 & U11) which is excellent so I have now closed the books on the assumption that there are no others
- Website: Please post your squad and coaching team photos and ensure the timely provision of your squad reports
