COACHES BRIEFING

I hope all enjoyed the BBQ, drinks and soccer match yesterday after training in glorious weather and it was great to see so many enjoying themselves and getting to know each other – it is you who make the Club so successful and fun! Our thanks to DotCod for their efforts throughout the day and ensuring that stomachs were lined!

A number of things this week, both for your immediate attention and also as a heads up:

- Please let all know that those who applied for 7’s tickets through the Club will be able to collect them around the end of February at the Fort and that we will notify them when they are available

- You will all have seen the email from HKFC regarding their Festival (hope you found it useful to know in advance at what time each age group will start) so please let me know ASAP (this week preferably) your team numbers if you have not already done so

- Please revert this week to Carl Redman following your straw poll on interest levels in joining the Shanghai Tour on 21st April

- As we enter the last 2 months of the season, please would all coaching teams review their players so that you are ready to promptly nominate those players for end of season awards when asked

- Please also start to get a handle on any of your coaching team who will not be returning next season so that the Club can review whether those leaving should be honoured and thanked in some way

- Whilst details of the Club Annual Dinner will follow at a later date, it is likely to be towards the end of March and the Club really would like each age group to take at least 1 table so please start putting the feelers out and/or ask a non coaching parent to coordinate this
