COACHES BRIEFING

We are heading into the final stretch of the season which is an active time so please be organized for the following:

1. We may or may not have the Club Awards Ceremony on Sunday (2nd March) as it is dependent on whether the trophies will be ready but you will shortly be notified as per Carl’s email; each Head Coach needs to decide when you will have your squad season debrief but ideally select the day when most players (as well as coaches and parents) are in attendance
2. If you planned to give a merit award (squad rather than club based) as well as the Club award then you should already have provided Carl with the details
3. For those unable to collect their 7’s tickets yesterday, please do so on 2nd March
4. The FC Festival will shortly be upon us so please get your teams prepared
5. You have all seen the schedule for the 7’s so please revert by Thursday morning latest with any glaring errors but do not expect many (if any) changes as per Carl’s email
6. You will soon be asked about your parent participation in the Club Annual Dinner on 5th April so keep on at them for answers
7. Diarise 27th April for the Aberdeen Festival and start to check on your player availability so you can respond quickly when asked about team entries
8. Thank you for notifying Carl & myself on all coaches leaving; please start to prepare your coaching teams for next season as we want to well prepared in advance
