A quick message to say thanks for all your help and support this year. The Hong Kong 7s was a great success and the squad seemed to have a great time.

General guidelines:

  • The session starts at 9am - 10:30 normally when we are at Stanley
  • Bring plenty of drinks and snack for your children
  • Sun cream and hats are also advisable especially early in the season
  • Please put your child's name on the back of their shirts
  • Start working on getting them used to wearing a mouthguard. They should
    have collected new ones with their kit
  • Practice with your children on basics such as catching and passing. We need to try and focus on some of the other skills at the session.
  • The web site is the main way which the club will communicate to you. Please
    remember to check this regularly.
  • Please send me all you (digital) pictures. We will load some onto the web
    site and I will try and build a gallery of images over the season which
    people can keep as a record.
